Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Yes!
• Flat envelope orders under 3oz (such as stickers and small paper goods) ship free with a USPS postage stamp.
• These orders do not include tracking.
Heavier orders (including apparel and larger items):
• Ship via USPS with tracking
• Shipping cost is calculated based on weight
• Orders over $50 ship free
• Flat envelope shipments do not include tracking.
• Heavier orders and apparel shipped with USPS will include tracking.
Please note: flat envelope orders cannot be tracked or located once mailed.
At this time, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Orders are processed quickly. If you need help, please email us as soon as possible, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
• Be Joyful Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Returned packages may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
• The Be Joyful Mail Club is a monthly subscription.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewing.
• To avoid being charged for the next month, subscriptions must be manually canceled before the next billing date.
• No refunds are offered for subscription charges once processed.
